This Privacy Policy explains how RepSense by RepRange (“RepSense”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our app and website.
What we collect
- Waitlist email (website): if you join the waitlist, we collect the email you submit.
- Workout data (app): sets, reps, tempo metrics, and related training metadata you create.
- Device signals (app): Apple Watch motion sensor data used to detect reps and tempo.
- Diagnostics (optional): crash logs and performance data if enabled on your device.
How we use information
- Provide rep counting and tempo tracking.
- Sync and display your history across devices you own.
- Send product updates and TestFlight links if you joined the waitlist.
- Improve reliability and fix bugs.
Health and fitness data
If you enable Apple Health or HealthKit integrations, data is handled according to Apple’s permissions and your settings. We only access what you explicitly allow.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers when needed to run the product (for example, hosting a waitlist system), and only under agreements that protect your information.
Data retention
Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or we no longer operate the waitlist. App workout data is retained until you delete it in-app or uninstall the app, subject to any cloud sync settings you enable.
Your choices
- You can opt out of waitlist emails using the unsubscribe link.
- You can revoke Apple Health permissions in iOS settings.
- You can delete workout data within the app (when available) or by reinstalling if stored only locally.
